I Left Facebook. My Work Didn't.
Leaving Facebook created a problem I didn't really think about until I started solving it. I wanted to be done with the part where I personally opened Facebook, scrolled through it, checked notifications, got distracted by whatever people were arguing about, and somehow looked up twenty minutes later wondering why I was still there.

If You Want to Change the World, Stop Watching the News. Make It.
I think there is a point where watching the world becomes a substitute for participating in it. We watch the news, scroll through everything that is wrong, get angry about what people are doing or not doing, and then wake up the next morning and do it again.
